I have been drawn to angels my entire life. Figures or photos have been scattered amongst my decorations. I stumbled across some videos about a woman named Lorna Byrne, an Irish author who says she sees angels physically and communicates with them daily. She has seen them since birth, she is dyslectic and uneducated and has never read a book. And yet God sent her all the people she would need to help her write the book, Angels In My Hair. She has written multiple books which have been translated in languages around the world. She sees that each person has their guardian angel beside them at all times. Our guardian angel is with us when we are born and it is their job to protect and guide us and return our soul to God at the end of our life. There are other angels around us that God sends when people pray. The souls of our loved ones are also by our side, sent by God when we ask for them. She sees each guardian angel, the extra angels and souls all around people continually. I found comfort in listening to the interviews of Lorna Byrne. I have not yet read her books but I will.

In the last two months, much of my time has been spent waiting in clinics and hospitals. I began to see this world with fresh eyes. I would see each person in the waiting room and imagine their guardian angel beside them. There were extra angels among those having a difficult day. When I lay in the surgical rooms with the teams of healers around me preparing me for a procedure, I would imagine their guardian angels and the extra angels all around the room. I asked God to send the souls of Mom and Dad and Chuck and Llewellyn and I felt comfort in knowing they were beside me at that moment. The room was so full, all were there for me.

Later my family was with me in my hospital room. Reed and Katie and Kori and Kari were there, and Matt would call each night. It was so important to have them to help me through most difficult week of my life. You can’t even imagine how many angels were with me in that hospital room, because you all prayed for me and asked God to bring me healing and strength. Your prayers were answered by the angels bringing me joy and peace and newfound strength. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I ask that you continue with all that because I feel it helping me. I do believe in angels. And God makes sure I am never alone. Love you all.
